Intercultural Training

Designing successful collaboration in international and intercultural contexts

International collaboration brings together different expectations, communication styles, and ways of working. Without a clear understanding of cultural differences, misunderstandings, friction, and inefficiencies can quickly arise. Our intercultural training programs help you address these challenges and develop strategies for effective collaboration in international contexts. Each training is tailored to the specific needs and challenges of your organization.

Countries and Cultures

One world, many cultures—and just as many different expectations when it comes to communication, collaboration, and leadership.

With our expertise covering more than 50 countries, we help you better understand cultural differences and develop practical strategies for working together effectively. Our focus is not only on cultural knowledge, but above all on its application in everyday professional contexts.

Our trainings cover a wide range of countries and regions:

Our Expertise

Our trainers are recognized experts in their respective country and regional specializations. They combine strong academic backgrounds with practical, on-the-ground experience—many are native to the regions they cover or have lived and worked there extensively.

This ensures that our trainings are not only theoretically sound, but also highly practical and aligned with real-world international collaboration.

Typical Use Cases

Our intercultural training programs support you in situations such as:
  • Collaboration in international teams
  • Preparation for international assignments
  • Integration of international professionals
  • Leading multicultural teams
  • Communication with international business partners

Training Formats

We offer intercultural training in a variety of formats, tailored to your organization’s needs and target groups:
  • Cross-cultural training (foundations of intercultural collaboration)
  • Country-specific training (e.g. Japan, Germany, USA, etc.)
  • Leadership training for multicultural environments
  • Training programs accompanying international projects or change processes

Training Approach and Structure

Our country-specific trainings focus on interactive learning, combining country knowledge with cross-cultural perspectives and reflection on one’s own cultural background.

At the beginning, participants are introduced to the core concepts of intercultural communication. Building on this, key aspects of the target country are explored, including social, religious, and economic contexts.

The main part of the training focuses on practical application: communication styles, expectations, and behavioral patterns are taught and practiced through concrete examples. Case studies, group exercises, role plays, and a variety of media formats prepare participants for real-life intercultural situations in the workplace.

Our Approach

Our trainings go beyond simply conveying cultural knowledge. We place strong emphasis on practical application in everyday work contexts.

Participants learn to:
  • better understand cultural differences
  • recognize typical sources of misunderstanding
  • reflect on their own behavior
  • develop practical strategies for collaboration
Our goal is to create confidence in dealing with cultural diversity and to improve collaboration in a sustainable way.

Your Benefits

  • Improve collaboration in international teams
  • Avoid misunderstandings and conflicts
