BAMIK's Intercultural Train-the-Trainer Course can benefit your career in numerous ways:
The course itself
The combination of theory, training methods and teaching skills means that Train-the-Trainer Course participants understand the state-of-the-art knowledge on cultural theory, can create and conduct their own training curricula, and can apply this knowledge in various professional contexts. Networking and teambuilding opportunities
Previous participants of BAMIK's Train-the-Trainer Course have established strong and lasting networks with their coursemates. These are both personal and professional. The development of such networks during the course has greatly enhanced the learning environment and is one of the many lasting successes of the Train-the-Trainer Course.
Try new teaching ideas and get feedback from peers
Each participant in the Intercultural Train-the-Trainer Course will have the opportunity to give his or her own presentation or seminar with the other participants. This has the benefit of allowing you to try new ideas in a protected space and receive feedback on this. The opportunity to test new ideas with peers is a valuable learning tool that helps strengthen teaching skills.
The intercultural train-the-trainer course is not only for beginners but also for advanced trainers who feel committed to the principle of life-long learning. Tutorial dialogue, discussions and exercises are at a demanding level with a direct link to real situations. As a result, our participants make a considerable contribution to the quality of training.
Accredited certification
The DVWO* is the governing body of adult education organizations in Germany. BAMIK is certified as an educational institution pursuant to the strict DVWO quality guidelines. Our intercultural train-the-trainer course is designed in full compliance with these high standards. In Module 2, we will also introduce our participants to the DVWO model so that they can adopt it in their own work as intercultural trainers.
DVWO certification is a valuable way to distinguish yourself in an increasingly competitive training market. DVWO-certified trainers demonstrate their ability to create and deliver sustainable training programs that meet participants' needs. Certification is therefore a vital step in one's career as trainer. For more information on DVWO certification, click
