Join our intensive course (Summer Academy 2024) and become a certified intercultural or diversity trainer. In two intensive weeks in Berlin, we will provide you with everything you need to become a trainer with an accredited German certificate. The courseThis intensive course is a combination of our Intercultural Train-the-Trainer and Diversity Train-the-Trainer courses. Participants join the focus group of their choice (either intercultural or diversity). For some elements of the intensive course, participants from both groups will work together.In 10 days of face-to-face training, taking place in two consecutive weeks from Monday to Friday, you will receive the content of all four modules of the Train-the-Trainer course. In addition to the main agenda of the modules, there will be time for the joint development of training concepts and for individual coaching to develop your personal profile as an intercultural or diversity trainer. During carefully crafted excursions in Berlin, you will also get an impression of the city's multicultural life. BerlinBerlin is our hometown! Our intensive courses in Berlin are designed not only for local participants, but also for participants from all over the world. If you are unable to come to Berlin for the full two weeks, you can choose to attend only selected modules and complete the remaining modules online or at our intensive course in Dubai.Of course, we will incorporate local elements into our training program. Berlin is a vibrant and diverse city with a rich multicultural history. The city is the ideal place to immerse yourself in cultural diversity in addition to your course work. Be sure to plan a few extra days for leisure and exploration during your stay in Berlin! CertificationDue to the preparation required, the certification will not take place during these two weeks in Berlin, but at a later date (usually 3–4 months later). The exam can be taken online at the DVWO in German or English. |
