This course is aimed at all members of the organization - regardless of their task or position. We will not focus on a specific characteristic of diversity - such as age or gender - but offer a holistic perspective that includes a broad range of characteristics. Participants will see themselves as part of a diverse team instead of contrasting between "us" and "them".

Diversity within a company can bring many benefits such as new ideas and creative solutions. However, working in a diverse team can also bring multiple challenges. Understanding the rationale for diversity can help provide motivation and understanding to overcome these challenges and create an inclusive environment.

This introduction to D&I will support participants to appreciate the various forms of diversity in their workplace.They will also learn practical steps that every employee can take to overcome promote a diverse and inclusive culture in their organization.
