Wolfgang Jockusch is the founder and CEO of BAMIK GmbH in Berlin and Diversity Webinars in Wilmington, Delaware. Since 2007, he has worked as a trainer, consultant, and university lecturer specializing in intercultural management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and adult education. He is passionate about helping organizations worldwide navigate intercultural change and develop inclusive leadership strategies.
Wolfgang Jockusch has signed the professional code of ethics of the German association for ethics in adult education (Forum Werteorientierung in der Weiterbildung).
As a lead trainer for BAMIK’s international Train-the-Trainer programs, Wolfgang has designed and conducted numerous training sessions for professionals seeking to deepen their expertise in intercultural and diversity education. He also serves as the editor-in-chief of the Diversity Webinars e-learning platform, which offers a global audience access to cutting-edge DEI content.
Certified by BDVT and DVWO, Wolfgang provides comprehensive support to businesses and public institutions in developing educational concepts, strategy development, and learning games. His extensive portfolio includes e-learning projects and hands-on training in leadership and DEI.
In 2010, Wolfgang developed BAMIK’s Intercultural Train-the-Trainer program, which has successfully trained numerous professionals worldwide. The program continues to set standards for intercultural and diversity education. He leads a German-Indian team to design innovative e-learning solutions in the DEI space.
Wolfgang has held teaching positions at the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg and other German universities. His training approach is engaging, tailored to the needs of both employees and managers, and adaptable to various levels of complexity.
Before founding BAMIK, Wolfgang studied theology and philosophy of religion in Germany and the United States. His diverse career also includes serving as a pastor and director of adult education in the United States, the Bahamas, and Germany. Currently, a reserve officer in the German Air Force, he has previously served in NATO missions in Kosovo and Afghanistan, gaining invaluable experience in intercultural communication within international organizations.
