International Leadership Development Program Our fee structure is as flexible as the modular program. You may choose payment packages including an entire level or single modules.

Level 1: Supervisory

At this level, we offer international and local options. Participants who choose the local option will attend all modules one region. The international option allows participants to attend modules in all countries.

Level 2: Management

At level 2, we recommend that participants take at least two modules in another region. Therefore, we only offer the international option.

Level 3: Executive

At level 3, the top level of the ILDP, we recommend that participants take at least three modules in another region. Therefore, we only offer the international option.
