Minal Sauerhammer has been a BAMIK intercultural trainer since 2013 and specializes in business relationships in intercultural and Indian-specific contexts. She helps private and public clients to understand and reduce conflicts in cooperation between German and Indian partners.

In her many years of experience, Minal has specialized in the conception and implementation of intercultural management training related to India. She was born and raised in India and has lived in Germany for many years. This personal background and region-specific knowledge are incorporated in her insightful training program. Her specialist topics are intercultural team building, Indo–German cooperation and intercultural management. Minal has trained numerous executives regarding the challenges and peculiarities of intercultural business with Indian business partners and teams. Additionally, she has prepared employees with a wide variety of professional backgrounds for their assignments abroad to India. In doing so, she also teaches language skills in addition to knowledge of the features of Indian culture. As a lecturer at various universities, Minal also offers language courses in technical and business English. She updates her professional competence through regular participation in pedagogical advanced training courses and advanced didactic training.
